As the head of the Society Support Alliance, Katarina leads strategic planning, partnership development, and project management activities aimed at strengthening the role of civil society in promoting social inclusion, equality, and active citizenship. She works closely with local authorities, educational institutions, and international organizations to foster sustainable cooperation and ensure the effective dissemination and exploitation of project results. Her experience includes the development and delivery of training programs, leadership and management workshops, and mentoring support for NGOs and youth workers. Katarina is skilled in monitoring and evaluation, project cycle management, and organizational capacity assessment, ensuring that all initiatives are implemented efficiently and achieve measurable impact.
