President of Society Support Alliance and an accomplished project manager with over nine years of professional experience in the field of civil society development, non-formal education, and international cooperation. Throughout her career, she has successfully designed, implemented, and coordinated numerous projects across Europe under the frameworks of Erasmus+, IPA, and other EU-funded programs, focusing on community development, capacity building, and the empowerment of young people and local organizations. As the head of the Society Support Alliance, Katarina leads strategic planning, partnership development, and project management activities aimed at strengthening the role of civil society in promoting social inclusion, equality, and active citizenship. She works closely with local authorities, educational institutions, and international organizations to foster sustainable cooperation and ensure the effective dissemination and exploitation of project results. Her experience includes the development and delivery of training programs, leadership and management workshops, and mentoring support for NGOs and youth workers. Katarina is skilled in monitoring and evaluation, project cycle management, and organizational capacity assessment, ensuring that all initiatives are implemented efficiently and achieve measurable impact. In addition to her professional expertise, Katarina is passionate about human rights, gender equality, entrepreneurship, healthy lifestyles, and the inclusion of marginalized and vulnerable groups, including youth, women, and persons with disabilities.
