Trainer/Facilitator
I began my involvement in youth work in 2001 with BalkanIDEA Novi Sad, designing and facilitating programs for young volunteers and beneficiaries. Additionally, I spent five years in the UK with Encompass Trust, empowering diverse young activists. Since 2018, I've been a trainer for YOCOMO, focusing on the ETS competence model and online solutions. With over seven years as an international trainer and facilitator, I've worked with diverse groups including students, NGO activists, minorities, youth at risk, and refugees. My experience covers trainings, workshops, seminars, youth exchanges, and campaigns, both online and offline. I've also served as an educational advisor and program director for BalkanIDEA Novi Sad, Youth Dialogue Programme, Encompass Trust, and American Councils. I’ve authored numerous publications and handbooks on youth work and non-formal education for varied audiences, from young individuals to policymakers. My publications include "Cherry on the Cake: Advice for Quality Planning of Youth Exchanges" (2015, 2018), "4thought for Solidarity" for the European Solidarity Corps, EVS TEC Research with SALTO Training and Cooperation, "Quality Handbook on Learning Mobility" for the Council of Europe, "Youthful Europe" for SALTO South East Europe, "Youthpass Learning Agora Report," contributions to "Coyote No.24" for Youth Partnership, and "Ne ceni knjigu po koricama," a Living Library handbook for the Council of Europe. Additionally, I have extensive experience developing digital learning tools. This includes over ten years of creating Moodle-based online courses, serving as a member of the HOP e-learning council since 2018, facilitating MOOCs for the European Solidarity Corps since 2019, and contributing to YOCOMO Online Solutions, AppRaiser for the International Youth Work Trainers Guild, app4learning for SALTO, and EPLM's "Q!App" for SALTO Inclusion and Diversity.
